Not easy

Given the ministerial committee, yet to finalise its recommendations about the core demands raised by armed forces, and Prime Minister skipping any mention about the 6th pay commission in his address to the top military brass, during the combined commanders' conference yeasterday, I don't think that issuses related with UGC pay revision are going to be resolved soon. Be prepared for a long struggle.
